Renue Energia Development Corporation (REDC) is a stock and profit-oriented organization created to provide technical services in the development of sustainable energy and agricultural process projects by conceptualization, execution, management, operation and maintenance of various renewable energy conversion technologies, specifically solar, wind, run-of-river hydro, biofuel, and biomass to include waste to energy resource, and developing environment-friendly machines while preserving the environment and ensuring the safety of people.

REDC is purposely established not only to provide services and management of sustainable energy projects for renewable energy and energy conservation but to engage in the business of electricity and heat generation from renewable energy sources, engineering, and consultancy services; renewable energy plant development; and sales and distribution. REDC is also established through the pool of professionals with different expertise/specializations from technical, financial, legal, social, and environmental aspects.

The group is composed of experts with diverse backgrounds that assisted the passing of the RE law and its IRR, and establishment, implementation, development, and operation of the first RE projects in the Philippines under the RA 9513. It is duly registered under the Security and Exchange Commission, governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The organization is continuously exploring information on sustainable energy conversion technologies and forging collaborations on R&D towards attaining a sustainable future for the environment.

Further, it aims to attain and maintain a sustainable and healthy environment for future generations through research and development, promotion, establishment, execution, and management of RE technologies.
